BalancedPDF converts the PDF bank and credit card statements clients send into files for Excel, Xero and QuickBooks, checked against the statement balances first.
Who runs it
BalancedPDF is run by Max, an individual based in Japan. It is built for bookkeepers in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle or Waffo as merchant of record, so their name appears on your receipt and card statement, and they collect any sales tax. See the terms for refunds.
