The service is provided as is. Features and limits may change.
Only upload documents you are entitled to process. The tool extracts and exports transactions for bookkeeping review. Check the output against the original statement before relying on it or importing it into accounting software.
The service may mark a statement as needing review or unable to verify when the printed balances do not support a reliable check. Do not use this service to create, edit, forge or misrepresent bank statements.
If you violate these terms, including by uploading documents you are not entitled to process or using the service to forge or misrepresent bank statements, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service and remove uploaded files or conversion results associated with the violation.
Plans and payment
Free pages need no payment. Guests can try 3 pages and a free account comes with 15 free pages. Each person gets these once, and pages used as a guest count towards the 15. Free pages are also limited per internet connection and per email inbox, and temporary email addresses can’t be used to sign in. Page packs (60 pages for $9, 150 pages for $19) are one-off purchases. Pro ($29 a month, 400 pages a month) renews automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Payments are handled by our payment providers, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) or Waffo, which act as merchant of record: their name appears on your receipt and card statement, they collect any sales tax, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Cancelling Pro
Cancel at any time from the account menu. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days, for any reason. Email support@balancedpdf.com from the address you paid with, or use the link in your receipt. When a page pack is refunded, its unused pages are removed from your balance; when a Pro payment is refunded, Pro ends for that period.
